Biography[]
Zoisite disguises himself as Dr. Isono (AKA Professor Izono) and gets invited to speak on a television broadcast program to be interviewed by Male Announcer about the Silver Crystal when she claims to be an expert researcher specializing in the Legendary Silver Crystal. Saying the Silver Crystal grants immortality and slow aging, it has amazing and terrifying magical powers that can cause massive destruction. In order to find the Silver Crystal she needs the public's help. Dr. Isono hypnotizes those watching the program including Naru Osaka, Umino Gurio, Ikuko Tsukino, Yumiko and Kuri to find the Silver Crystal.
Dr. Isono watches the humans. As they search for the Silver Crystal, she zaps all of their energy for the Dark Kingdom. When Sailor Mercury, Sailor Mars and Sailor Jupiter arrive at the TV station, Dr. Isono reveals herself to be Zoisite in disguise all along.
