Viluy is a character in Sailor Moon Crystal.
Biography[]
Viluy is a member of the Witches 5 who work for the Death Busters. Viluy is the head of the science class at Mugen Academy. Her magic level is 202. Viluy's mission is to use nano robots in her program to gather up Hosts rapidly for human bodies.
Act 27 Part 2[]
Kaolinite assigns the Witches 5 a mission to find and eliminate the annoying anomalies which are the Sailor Guardians. If the Witches 5 are successful Kaolinite promises to raise their magic level to Magus.
The Witches 5 watch as Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury, Sailor Mars, Sailor Jupiter, Sailor Venus and Sailor Chibi Moon battle a Daimon.

Mimete, Viluy, Tellu and Cyprine witness Eudial's demise.Appearance[]
She has shoulder length white hair and blue eyes. She wears a blue and black dress, blue tights, white boots, a blue hat, blue wristband on her left arm, long light blue dangling earrings and a black star necklace on a blue chain.
