Mercury Star Power, Make Up! is the second transformation phrase used by Ami Mizuno to transform into Sailor Mercury.
Transformation Sequence[]
As Ami holds up her Star Power Stick in her hand, her fingernails turn light blue. Ami's body turns a into purple silhouette colour against the blue background and she holds. Water swirls around her and her back is turn and she is already clothed in her Sailor Mercury Fuku. She turns around and the Mercury symbol appears on her forehead. Her tiara forms and she assumes her finishing pose.
