Time Stop is the third and final taboo of space-time over which Sailor Pluto had control.
Description[]
Sailor Pluto's strongest attack is to stop all of time entirely. Queen Serenity explained that if Sailor Pluto were to use this rarest of time-based abilities time would stop for a short period, but once it resumed she would die and her mission as Guardian of space-time will be over.
